Comment: I want to sing the praises of this company loud and clear. I ordered on Thursday morning 8am and my furniture arrived Saturday 4pm. Humber imports contacted me on the Friday to arrange delivery and the driver rang me when he was half an hour away from my house. I had spoken to John and Gary who were extremely helpful about what to choose and why, they gave me good advise about caring for my furniture.The furniture itself is absolutely brillant I can't say how pleased I am with everything. By the way the 4 screws go in the deep holes inside the legs for those of you who had them left over. Exceptional value for money, Brilliant, Brilliant.

Comment: I was going to order a cheaper set from another website but they had been receiving a large amount of negative reviews. Based on the positive reviews for this set I ordered this set on a Friday afternoon and took delivery of the set the following Thursday evening.

I was not expecting to get the delivery that day and was actually at work when I received a call telling me that it would delivered that day. Concerned that I would miss the driver I called the seller who gave me the driver's mobile number so that I could make arrangements with him direct. The driver was able to tell me the time he was expecting to get to me and was very friendly and helpful.

The set itself is marvellous and I could not be happier. The chairs are beautifully crafted and very solid and heavy. The mechanism for the extending leaf is smooth and a real piece of craftsmanship.

When the table arrives it requires assembly but this is incredibly simple and all the pieces are marked up with letters so all you have to do is match A to A etc.

I have no hesitation in recommending this set or this company.

If you are looking for quality teak furniture that has the workmanship, quality of timber and style, then this is "the set". Having purchased the 13 piece, it is easier to keep the recommendation with previous customers here.
The table is very easy to put together, and involves minimum effort to fold out into the classic "oval" shape. The chairs are not only comfortable in shape, stack well and are solid. Compared to other ranges in garden centres etc... this set got my vote!
This merchant is 100% Genuine. Restores the faith in what we all wish every merchant had .."excellent Customer Service". Delivery is as they say, they do what they state and I cannot fault them. Overall I would not hestitate to recommend based on my experience, not only are the goods as described, but the Merchant service is second to none
