Info:- Should I have a X strut brace?

The 'X' or '/' shaped strut brace is only fitted as standard to models with the T-Bar chassis.

On the whole, older models (revision 1) are more likely to have the '/' style brace. The 'X' style brace (as pictured) is the most commonly found version.

Strut braces were factory fit on T-Bars to increase the chassis rigidity.
