There is a bit of technique involved on the strip though, but you'll figure it out.
Rev2. Times got worse throughout the day, I would say at a complete guess it was because the track was getting warmer and my tyres were getting stickier.

rev3 transplant by then, but theres always next year to see what it does!
Tyre pressures, and avoiding the water trap and temperatures/wind make a noticable difference. Biggest diiference for me was getting to the line. Don't rush it!
