TURBO CONVERSION?

OK so i have a 1990 n/a at the mo but i can get my hands on a front end damaged turbo donor with everything and still runnin!. so what bits will i need off it?
Engine and all ancillaries, turbo+induction piping, intercooler+fan, ecu + engine loom.
Gearbox and driveshafts+Hubs,
Turbo exhaust.
Turbo Fuel pump

anything else i will need or dont need?

i really want to do this ... i have a few tools and i also have an engine crane

please help

damm iv just red this one after my google search . but it came up on a diffrent site ..tbh im unsure of the rev of the donor car as i havent seen it. but hopefully ill see it tonight so i can post exactly what it is and then peeps can assist me cnt wait to do it
