Japfest 2012 Main meeting point

As usual guys if all convoys wanna meet up before we go into the event then Morrisons seems to work well

Morrisons
Cepen Park North
Chippenham
SN14 6UZ

Normal times are 9am but clubs are allowed in early so any suggestions of times to meet?

Maybe meet for 7am - 7.30am?

Will be staying in a B&B/Hotel locally the night before so 7:30 sounds good & maybe breakfast on the fly :)

7.30 was the proposed time for us south central lot so sounds good to me ... :yahoo:

If we get to Morrisans for 0730 - 0800 and leave just after 0800 then thats pleanty of time to get in to the gate.

Doing the speed limit with no traffic it takes about 35mins, maybe less. If we give our selves 45mins and leave 0645 on the dot (Mick is staying at the BnB so wont have to wait) then we leave our selves plenty of time.

Patience is a virtue - they won't be posted until closer to the event ;)

My advice, try and go the longer route and approach from the other end via Yatton Keynall, like we will do from the B&B :th:

Didn't read the meet point, we all used to meet at another supermarket or pub the other side of the Track which was always chaotic getting in :blush:

That is the best way into the circuit from the Chippenham end when I expanded Google maps (we are a lot closer in the B&B so didn't see it) :th:
