The castle used depends on which scene you mean.
Almost all were shot at Doune Castle

The final scene though (Castle Aargh!) was at Castle Stalker

Its setting on an island in a loch is very similar to Eilean Donan.

I do like your car it looks good in white and goes like a "rocket",
