Updated to avoid confusion,as do not want members thinking that there is no room for anymore volunteers,see below.

As members volunteer for any events,names will be added to each event,although this will not be a definite final list,this being due to the amount of members wishing to partake in certain events and the organising committee will need to ensure that where possible all volunteers are involved.
Although we can enter more than one team per event if we have enough volunteers to make additional teams.

Is it worth putting up a timetable of events, location, and list of names for each event in the marquee so that everyone knows when and where to go?

Might also let anyone turning up to JAE when the events are on know too and there are little folk on the stand.

All the information is in the event pack,of which is handed out to members or left in the marquee for collection,but we could post one up as well and what's wrong with little folk on the stand? :-)

Jody is happy to do everything... and very keen on tug of war as used to do it for our County Young Farmers.
But for my sake, I would rather he didn't do the food comp as I will be the one sharing the tent with him!

I am happy to do Dragon Boat Racing, Time Attack and TOW.

Is the jousting the Gladiator thing? I can joust on horse back but balance on my own 2 feet are not so good!
