Door Seal replacements - Tin top with Sunroof

Post by Swiss »

Hi All,

I'm not far off getting my 1984 Mk1 back after a bit of a restore and a respray, ideally I'd like to replace the door seal rubbers. Has anyone done this or know of anywhere to purchase new?
Had a good search around the internet and many of the suggested links are no longer working.
I wondered if any of you knowledgeable folk knew of anyone that supplies these or could make these up.
The car has been off the road for a couple of years, I took it in for some work just prior to the whole C19 situation and it's been there ever since
The good news is it is almost ready, sadly the salt is on the road so no test drives until spring but know it's going to be ready is brilliant :th:

Thanks all :-)

Have you tried Mr T ? other than that you'll struggle to get new one, if the existing seals are undamaged you can always treat them with a rubber reviver. I do my do all my seals with one twice a year.
p.s.
Can't be a tintop & a sunroof, got to be one or the other ;)
Black is not a colour ! .... Its the absence of colour
