I got lucky Connor! Jimi is the MK1 expert!

And my MK2 aint nothing to look at

It goes like stink though :laughing

I've got to the point in my life when I could have a company car, but I prefer a 20 year old turbo that pastes anything short of 30 grand :D And the look on their faces when I tell them the cost :laughing

I can believe that! :laughing I shocked one of those VXR Vauxhall Corsa's the other day, and mines the standard 1.6! :th: I'm going to look at possibly upgrading to the 3S-GTE in the future but I want to get everything made perfect at the same time so it's a job to save up for :)

Audi A5 S line had no chance the other day. Cayman S no chance either.

GTE is a great engine for the money. Well worth it. Consider the new V6's too but more expensive :th:

You've done all mr2's proud there! :th: Not very often you can say you've smoked a porsche :laughing I had briefly looked over them but I might look a bit more into them :) Like you said it's more expensive so I'll check out the price differences :D

Porkers are usually easy in a turbo ;)

400bhp GTE's are usually good enough for Aston Martin / Lambo territory! Near enough 10K spending though similar to a 2GR V6. Can't fault the GTE for nigh on 280bhp in the MK2 and yes. It goes pretty well and does 32+ mpg :D

For £10 it's a done deal! The staging lane is nothing, when I killed Marny with the power washer the other day I had to push her about 300 yards back to the house... In my pyjama bottoms and a hoodie... but yes I will help push it down the staging lane :D
