TigerTebb wrote:You're more clued up than you think then haha, and a lot more than me Yes I'm trying to get small things sorted on her so she's ready for a lot of looks haha Sadly I won't have had the money to repair the wheel arches by then but I'm trying to sort as much as I can I'm looking forward to seeing your mk2 kiz!
I got lucky Connor! Jimi is the MK1 expert!
And my MK2 aint nothing to look at
It goes like stink though
I've got to the point in my life when I could have a company car, but I prefer a 20 year old turbo that pastes anything short of 30 grand And the look on their faces when I tell them the cost
I can believe that! I shocked one of those VXR Vauxhall Corsa's the other day, and mines the standard 1.6! I'm going to look at possibly upgrading to the 3S-GTE in the future but I want to get everything made perfect at the same time so it's a job to save up for

It must be the car. Chicks always dig the car - Batman

Audi A5 S line had no chance the other day. Cayman S no chance either.
GTE is a great engine for the money. Well worth it. Consider the new V6's too but more expensive
You've done all mr2's proud there! Not very often you can say you've smoked a porsche I had briefly looked over them but I might look a bit more into them Like you said it's more expensive so I'll check out the price differences

Porkers are usually easy in a turbo
400bhp GTE's are usually good enough for Aston Martin / Lambo territory! Near enough 10K spending though similar to a 2GR V6. Can't fault the GTE for nigh on 280bhp in the MK2 and yes. It goes pretty well and does 32+ mpg
In that case I better start saving! I just can't wait to get to Santa pod and see all the 2s lined up, my girlfriend is sick of me talking about it because I decided to not bring her

I'll take you up the strip on the Saturday in the turbo if you pay to be a passenger
For £10 it's a done deal! The staging lane is nothing, when I killed Marny with the power washer the other day I had to push her about 300 yards back to the house... In my pyjama bottoms and a hoodie... but yes I will help push it down the staging lane
