Hi Would anyone know does a MK3 steering wheel fit a MK1?

I am sure Jimi has fitted one in his Mk1.

No, I have a JDM MK1 wheel (has MR2 on the horn push instead of Toyota)

Personally I don't think the MK3 wheel suits the MK1, however I do have MK3 seats and MK3 alloys ;)
Black is not a colour ! .... Its the absence of colour
