With the 3S-GE they're called a mk1.4
With a 3S-GTE they're called a mk1.5
With a 3VZ-FE, 1MZ-FE or even 2GR-FE they're called a mk1.6
Which depends on your budget, skill and your desired end result. There's no much point looking beyond those engines unless you specifically want to do something particularly different.
