Temperature Gauge

Havnt used my mk1 for a week or so and my temperature gauge has stopped working has anyone else had this problem and any clues on what could be wrong

Mine has a temperamental wire on the sensor near the dip stick. Knock it and the gauge stops working, have to give it a wiggle to get it going. That's just mine though
