She is back

After cleaning up and painting the engine

Disaster struck on the test drive
3 of 4 pistons had low compression
Lots of smoke and won't start when warm.

Commence full engine rebuild

No3 piston was smashed

Head all redone
Image

And after many more hours and just as many curses.

She is all back together
Test drive went perfect
Image
The test drive makes the past 2.5 months of hard work and missing knuckles all worth it.
