Mr2 turbo HELP

Hi guys
Can anybody help with this issue
I have just installed a rev 1 turbo engine in my rev 2 na used turbo engine loom
Car starts and idles smoothly for about 4 seconds then cuts it will restart and do the same again
In the boot there is a plug from the na loom boy the turbo engine loom plug is different so will not connect,what does that plug control please.
Help please

Also has ecu for that engine and walbro 255 pump fitted

Post a pic of the plugs and the ecu sockets etc.

As for running more than 4 secs it need an addition signal possibly IGF

If you pop open the ecu cover and look on the circuit board where the pins for the plugs meet the board they are labelled.

If you open the old rev2 na ecu find the IGF pin for that and that will tell you which wire it is (iirc it may be white with red stripe)
In fact you may find it helps to note all the pinouts of the old and new ecus to match up body loom pins.
