Where to buy replacement levers for engine bay release + new cable?

Hiyall,

Can anybody point me to where I can get hold of a replacement lever + bracket for the petrol and boot release for an MR2 2001? I have managed to get the boot open but kinda destroyed the levers in the process.

I'm guessing I will also need a new cable too - Where's the best place to get one of these?

Finally, can anybody point me to how to replace this cable - It seems to disappear into the rear right wheel arch area (which is odd as the levers are on the left).

Thanks for the help

PS. I'm running a 2001 French LHD
