Potential new buyer
Hi all! Boy its been a long time since i was a member on here, previously owned an 04 silver mk3 and have got the itch toget another one.
Budget is a bit tight and found this one close to me within budget. I know about the precat issues and other common niggles to look for, just wanted more expert opinions on whether it's worth it or not. I've cash there to swap out the manifold etc if need be.
Thanks folks and happy motoring!

Re: Potential new buyer
If its close to you, go and have a drive.
This is a pre face lift so will be a 5 speed not the 6 speed you used to have.
Not sure how much choice you will have in NI but the prices will start to rise very soon as the weather improves so something to bear in mind. I personally prefer to buy privately if at all possible but if there arent many cars to choose from you may not have the option?
