P0135 Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1

I only bought my Mark 3 yesterday and a P0135 error has occurred already.
I was planning on replacing Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1.
EuroCarParts have a deal on for around £50 at the moment, plus a 22mm socket on Ebay for £8.
I have previously read the code and tried to reset and also a battery disconnect for 10 minutes but the engine fault light comes on after around 5 miles of travel.

Any experienced MR2 owners out there with any tips or advice for me?
