Rear brake hard lines to flexi tube.

Can someone advise me please if I need to drop the fuel tank to remove said pipe from junction box which happens to be buried away up next to said tank. Also it appears that these lines are no longer available so I will need to make my own unless somebody can advise if the later model pipes fit because they are available. The reason im looking into replacement of these lines is because I have reconditioned my callipers but the flexi pipe to hard line nipple is leaking and I cant stop it. Its as tight as I dare to without stripping threads.
Im open to suggestions here if anyone can advise thanks.
