Immobilizer

Hi, i'm a new member and i have a problem with my mr2 mk3 1.8 vvti, my immobilizer is blocked. my keys don't start my car. I have changed some fuse pass the suitcase and erase faults as well as change the battery and it still does not want to start. can someone help me? should i change the calculator and where is it?
