MK3 6 speed manual gearbox to fitted on mk3 2000 model

Good afternoon everybody,
I have to admit that I like this forum.
Has anybody modified a MK3 with 5 speed MT to a 6 speed MT taken directly from a 6 speed MK3 facelift model?
What modifications or additional parts needed to swap a manual gearbox taken out of a facelift MK3 2006 model and fit it on a 2000 mk3 model originally with 5 speed MT?

the face lift (6 speed) gearbox is a direct replacement but you normally might need the 6 speed gear lever cage
I did it many years ago on my X reg pfl

Hi Kolettas, any chance you have managed to carry out the swap? Im struggling to find a list of bits needed for my preface 6 speed conversion too
