Oh yes it is. That event was over 6 years ago and it still belonged to jcurtis then. He didn't sell it until around September/October 2009.

Fair enough, but at the time you had only been a member of the OC for just over 3 weeks, so you'll have to forgive me for not recalling that you were there. Please refresh my memory re subsequent Kent Runs you have attended because I'm struggling with that too.

Btw, which car were you driving on the 19th October 2008?

If you're not living life on the edge, you're taking up too much room!

Ah yea but when I bought the car and turned up to an Essex meet it would have been less than a year since your seen the car - so no blaming time for your forgetfulness. [emoji14]

Ah, no one ever said actually driving was a requirement for the Kent run :), I was navigating for jcurtis. (I know you're not going to tell Lyn she hasn't been because Mark drives [emoji14])

And finally, I never said I'd done multiple runs. My point was that I have actually been on one. Lol

So no 'issues' then?
If you're not including those minor glitches then I guess not!

Truth be told, the main reason that I don't want to turbo the NA is the fear that I'll ruin the handling and end up with a car that's faster, but in all other ways inferior to the one I wrote this thread about.

It's both, but completely unconnected to each other.

I was referring to the film directed by David Lynch.

Ah ha!

I'm not much of a film buff so that sort of reference goes right by me..

Those Kent run photos look great. I was messing around with yet another dead 2 at the time. I think I need to learn my lesson!!!
