I don't think parking will be an issue at the HoF end. Most shoppers aren't up to walking that far back to their cars.Btw guys, the Bluewater management no longer use numbers to describe the levels. They are now called Lower (or Ground), Middle, and Upper. I'm guessing the organisers of the meet are not regular visitors to the shops.
Also that their choice of level is so as not to clash with the other meet. Personally I would prefer to be under cover with better lighting. It's going to be a fair bit colder up top as well.
