Excellent.. We could even meet in the car park of Tesco Pembury.
Will take about 45 minutes to get to Ashford, so how about aim to depart at 11am?

Agreed. IIRC one of my runs started there many moons ago. We had to wait for TG to turn up.PeteJ wrote:Excellent.. We could even meet in the car park of Tesco Pembury.
Not if you want to get there before the run starts!PeteJ wrote:Will take about 45 minutes to get to Ashford, so how about aim to depart at 11am?

I reckon 10.15 would be about the right time to meet at Pembury.

Bummer.
Recovery outfits always insist on the diagnostic thing as most motorists don't have a clue what the problem is. Also that it isn't something that's not covered under the policy T&Cs.
Some things can even baffle the guy that turns up. I expect you remember the time when I lost all electrical power (the intake support bracket that detached and welded itself to the starter terminal).
What's up with yours?

Ignitor failure. I had an intermittent misfire thats now permanent
But sometimes these things have to develop
Its going to be a mission to get one tomorrow and get my other bits sorted. Seem difficult to come by and I guess only Toyota sell them. I'll keep you posted

I have just consulted with Carole and she feels up to 'navigating' tomorrow, so I think we'll come along too. Unfortunately this means I'll have to give Nikitta a polish!
And after 3 years of ownership I've finally deciphered the head unit handbook and now have the subwoofers performing as they should. If you don't like Rod Stewart singing the old swing numbers then keep clear! His CD's are Carole's current favourite.
See you at 11:00.
Hope you make it, Tom.

Ha! I have to admit I didn't know who the hell you were! My apologies, Dan. My mind was quite definitely on different things as we'd just been to see Carole's oncologist. And, yes, life is good at the mo0ment. We live for the day.d-peg wrote:Sorry for the random shout in Canterbury hope things are 'better' so to speakAdrian J wrote:I have just consulted with Carole and she feels up to 'navigating' tomorrow, so I think we'll come along too.
