Been quite a while since I was down there. My sister used to live in the area.
I spent many a evening getting pie-eyed in the Royal Oak at Fritham!

Might be interested in a having an awayday for this. Is it definitely 5th August?

Just a thought as this is 5th Aug.
Have you seen this:

Might be worth thinking about linking the 2. (no pun intended :laughing )

I may be up for this too. I'm not working and haven't been to any sort of meet / run for ages.

Be good to stretch the turbo's legs a bit. Although I'm sure something will probably fall off...

the beaulieu show doesn't appear to have a finish time listed so if linking the two things is agreeable to all then i dont see why a cruise down there isn't do-able

Ain't that the truth! You haven't been on a Kent Run for at least 3 years. :cheeky:
Fancy a convoy? I know some cracking roads on the way.....

Ahem - http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/plan-your-vis ... ning-times

The entry terms in your link mean that anybody with a Prius/Avensis can turn up with mum and two kids and get into Beaulieu at half price! The rest of the day will be spent getting the sticky finger marks off our cars.

Gaz will love that..... :laughing

I just need to make sure I'm not supposed to be doing anything else with the other half. If I'm free then sure! 8-)

You're taking her for a day out on the 5th, remember? How can she have forgotten?

Or just surprise her. Women love an unxepected treat. :D

You young guns really don't have a clue..... :cheeky: .

Actually, I think she's working now. She wouldn't enjoy the pace... So I think I'll come along with Luke (DaviesL) in the co-pilot's seat.

It may not be like that at all - my post was somewhat tongue-in-cheek. :D
Just to be clear, it's not for me to decide what you folks do - it's not my area and it's your event.
I'm happy to go with the flow.....

Where: here
When: start time at the pub is 13.00 so suggest we leave here at 10.00 as I'll want something to eat and drink when we get there.

Assuming of course this event is still on. Who else is going? It's a long way to discover we're on our own!
