West Midlands Christmas Meal 2012 - Wed 5th Dec

In addition to the normal Monthly Meet (19th Dec) the Christmas Meal is now booked for Wednesday December 5th.

Please be there between 7 pm and 7.30 for sit down at 8.00.

I have reserved 20 spaces and these are going to be allocated on a first come basis.

I have had to pay in advance, so I need all payments to be with me no later than the November 21st meet please. You can pay me either at the monthly meets, or gift it to me please (so I don't get stung with paypal fees) and mark it as Christmas Meal in the subject bar to geargaiters@hotmail.co.uk.

Please add your names to the thread if you wish to attend, and select from the menu below. If you choose steak, I need to know how you would like it cooked, rare, med rare etc. Again, if you choose a sauce and a side dish or pud, I need to know that too.
