Sunday Blast - Feb 16th

Start point will be here for a few piccys before we set off.. (I'll PM the postcode to people that are confirmed coming)

Then off for a spirited blast to Rhayader Dams Elan Valley

No exact route will be planned, its just a follow the car in front day :) Makes the day a lot more fun if its not pre planned :D

The day will start at around 8am ish and will last all day (with stops for tea and cake of course) :th:
You will require a full tank of fuel and be prepared to use it ;)

I mentioned this to my wife and her exact words were...

"That sounds great, lets get a room the night before so we can make the most of the day, can I have a drive as well as I've not had a go since you put that new turbo on?"

Is this pick on me day... ;) :rolleyes:

My wife is pretty good, she'll let me go to most things unless she's already planned something... that's why I need to check first.

Although, with a 4 year old to consider as well I doubt she'd come with me on the drive, and due to her really not liking driving the car it's an even bigger doubt that she'd want to drive on a 'spirited' run... :laughing

Sounds like you've got a keeper though mate... :th:

I asked my wife (Chris's Mum) if she wanted to have a drive to Wales on 16th Feb.
She replied why?? with a funny look (Chris knows the look).
Just said it would be a nice trip out, go see the scenery and have a look at some mighty fine dams.
She said why?? even funnier look (again Chris can tell you about this look - Mia has it).

Then she twigged and said no she would not be going.
Think she has accepted that I can go depending on weather of course :clapping:
