I doubt I'll have time to get a pdf sorted now - I'm mad busy at work now

But I'll still try and sort a list of places to use for their sat nav's to follow the route in the next few days. I've got 2 handsfree voice activated 5km walkie talkies turning up tomorrow so we'll be able to keep the convoy together if we get split up, so If anyone else has some, bring them along for some abuse/banter (Vinny?) :D

Kiz I've got one walkin talkie and it will be charged and ready :D

However I'm moving house this weekend now but I'll try and get it all done on Saturday. Also my car isn't road worthy at the mo but I'm hoping that will be ready before the weekend too :)

I may be a let down for this run but I'm hoping not to miss out. I'll confirm on Saturday :th:

I've not posted on here much but I'll be coming along to this in my Mk1 if that's okay.

See you all Sunday morning!

Cheers,
Tom

More than welcome Tom, look forward to seeing your MK1 :)

Vinny - keep me updated bud, there are a few of us meeting at the Shoulder of Mutton in Lichfield just off the A38 at 9:30 for the convoy up to Carsington Water.

The big "W" doesn't look too promising though

Everyone still happy with the run going ahead?

Forecast is a deal sealer for me I'm afraid. Plus I'll likely still be sleeping :)

With the forecast looking like a stinker; I'm going to miss this meet (sorry). If another meet is on later in the year (summer, blue skies, skylarks flying high) I will be there.

The weather IS going to hamper the run progress (and fun!) I admit, would it be worth rescheduling for another weekend? (No idea what the roads are going to be like on the edge of the Peaks either as I've only driven on a few short sections of the route myself).

Opinions? Maybe later in March?

If you did reschedule then I'd be in :th: ...as long as it's not the 11th as it's Ultimate Dubs :D

I was thinking 25th March - hopefully better weather! Meet details all remain the same as first post. I just think 2 hours driving in heavy rain on untreated roads (forecast is to be cold too) is probably not going to too much fun as some of us have to travel over an hour just to the meet point.
