Paintballing in summer anyone?

Post by lbeddowscbr »

Drove past this place the other day and got me thinking about a weekend day event for when the warmer weather comes around.

Has anyone been to harrogate paintballing before?
Linky: http://www.paintballyorkshire.co.uk/
Location: Harrogate Paintball Center, York Road, Flaxby, Harrogate HG5 0XJ
(just of the A1(m)

Prices start at £35 and that includes:
protective gear
overalls
Gun
400 paintballs
Drinks and lunch

more paintballs (£7.50 per 100 extra) and smoke grenades (£4 each) are available.

There are other activities available at the same site i.e laser tag and crossbows but for the moment looking at just paintballing.

Please see the above website for full details.

Depending on how long it runs for and how tired people will be, i can try to organise a meal at a nearby pub afterwards as well.

Dates and times TBA to suit the majority vote
All regions welcome.

so who's game?

If you are a loud, slow moving target like me (and have vicious friends), I can assure you paintballing is painful - I looked like a serious victim of domestic violence last time I went!

I was the fastest in my year at school at the 100m sprint, 14.9 secs but i'm not fit these days so you probably have a good chance of hitting me.
