What are these wheels?

Hi All, quick question for you... does anyone know what these wheels are?

They are staggered 16" Rims with 7" front and 8" rears and have a sebring centre cap and came from japan. i also belive that they used to have a polished lip??

ive had a search on google but havnt found any sebring wheels so im unsure if they are that make, so thought id ask.

Volks do a Sebring model but maybe not as so many companies use the Sebring name to add a bit of kudos even some rubbish yank tank.

ah right so they could be volks? ive looked on the inside of the wheel but cant see much about them...

TBH they could be even Kei's you need to look for marks/symbols usually on the spokes and they tend to tell you what they are e.g. ebay guy advertised advan and marks inside indicated ermmm no they were rotas albeit really well made and even forged from an early sourced production run. Still I knocked them down on the price as not as described
