Rev5 vs Rev3 wheels
Hi guys
Thinking about picking up a set of rev5 alloys to replace my Rev3 ones. Will the tyres be a direct swap? Only put T1Rs on the rev3 last year, want to keep if possible.
Also, anyone know the going rate for a set of rev5 without tyres? Not seen too many for sale recently.
Cheers

Yes, they will be a straight swap
Not sure on the going rate though, looking on eBay I'd guess this is somewhere close:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-MR2-Re ... 4190a05a51
or these with a refurb would be the best option:

refurbs in powdercoat would generally cost you around £40 a wheel for an example

Re: Rev5 vs Rev3 wheels
You'll need new short wheel nuts. The Rev3 nuts will be functionally fine, your wheels won't come off, but it will look a bit stupid because they will be very long.

Rev2 will use the long nuts as well, won't it? As they have the same wheels.trevsmr2 wrote:For info
