Tyre question

Post by Fred130111 »

Hi, currently trying to decide if I should buy either

225/45/17
Or
235/40/17

For the rear of my car, wheels are 7.5j with an et of 42
Being swayed towards the 235s but not sure if I will need spacers?

Also has anyone used the kumho ku39? Looking at either them or the hankook v12 evo2? I have never used either so if anyone has please let me know your thoughts.

Cheers, fred

Hankook v12. Just put these on after a set of T1R's and they are soooooo much better. Grip wet or dry is immense.

if you are not decided
2nd vote for the Hankook Evo
Had Falkens before and liked them a lot - the Honkooks are far better and have lasted longer.

Autoexpress have just done their annual tyre test in issue 1375
