Hi long time no post sorry,
Does any one have any 225 / 50R / 15 tyres that they need to get rid of, the mot is due and I know its going to fail on the 2 back tyres.
Need them to be as cheap as possible or free if your feeling really generous , then again if you fancy lending me them till the end of the month and I get paid I'd be very grateful, thanks in advance guys and girls if you can help me and Smitty out

Might he of use if the tyres have a couple mm left?
I think the one front is on the limit but the others are legal, bit of a trek for you but you can borrow them if you want, it's basically J26 on the M5
Madbass hunter is it you advertising the tyres that Gazza_DJ linked for me ? The M5 is not that far for us actually, I'll show Smitty when he gets up ( he's just done a night shift ) and if your willing to lend us them till the end of the month we'd both be so grateful

Isn't it J28 though? Been a while since I used the M5 but ISTR J26 is for Wellington which is prior to the A361 North Devon Link Road.
Otoh if you were to take up Gazza's offer perhaps he could take them to Silverstone tomorrow. You would get to see some track action (PH or MR2OC) and it's half the distance to Devon.

That could be done. Tyres aren't great (Nexen, old) but they held pressure when I last used them and have a reasonable amount of tread. Will see you through an MOT in any case.
Would need to know by ~6PM tonight though, as they are not kept where I live.

Anyway I got home from wales today and Justin made the long trip up as well to collect them, sadly I went to wales thursday otherwise I could have taken them with me to save him such a trip.
