There are a few of us in the SW that have decided to go to this, as were far too late for passes will go in public parking.

I think Andy & Coley are taking cars other than an MR2 but myself & Craig are taking ours. If for some reason someone who has a pass can't make, let me know and I will happily purchase ticket & pass

Gaz will be able to fill you in on the reserve stand pass situation.... I think they are all spoken for at the moment but he may have some people who may drop out

All spare stand passes have gone. If there are any drop outs I'll let you know. There's one person ahead of you on the waiting list though!

Yeah be good to see you Jay, we missed Japshow because the guys went to the F1 and I went to Cornwall so will be good to go to this. Simply Japaneese is on in August too but we thought this would be better because of the track action

Were happy to go in the public parking but thought I would post just in case any passes became available

Tickets should arrive with me this week, assuming they arrive by Wednesday you should have them by the end of the week

No tickets yet. If nothing arrives today I'll email them and see what's happening. From the order confirmation:

Please note it is our intention to start dispatching club packs on Friday 24th July but please be aware they may not be sent until at the latest, a week before the show.

So really I'd expect them to be arriving very soon!

Orders haven't been sent yet, they are going to be sent out over the next few days, so I might not have them by the weekend. Makes it a bit too tight for my liking, ideally I wanted them on the way this week at the latest! Will update again as soon as they land on my desk, and they'll be on the way to you guys that same day.

Thanks for the update bud.... Seems to be the Japfest shows we have these issues with. Obviously the change in management hasn't solved this problem

You have my sympathy, I know how stressful it can get when you have a third party dragging their heels this close to the show

There will be a meet point in the morning (Corby Tesco Extra is looking like the one), I'll do an update with all the details, timings etc soon. Convoys to the meet point or venue will be up to each region to organise among themselves.

Need to see if I can borrow some A4 envelopes from work, if I can these will go out today. Pass is huge again so won't fit in an A5 without folding.
