Only emails I've had are about track time... there seemed to be some confusion over who had track time.

I have just spoken to Kelsey Media (who are the organisers for this show) and apparently the emails were sent containing a link to download and print the ticket and stand pass over the weekend.....

Obviously this hasn't been the case for myself (I've checked every folder) and I suspect I'm not alone but despite me being the club organiser and saying that it's the same right across the club, she would only check my ticket....

So, if you are missing your ticket, please contact Kelsey Media direct on 01959 541444 and let them know.....

If every one of our attendees needs to ring them, then this system is even worse than last year!

I've had 4 emails from them since my order confirmation. 2 stating I no longer had track time due to a system / booking error, and 2 stating that those previous emails were incorrect. So I'll see what arrives, if anything arrives.

Only thing I can think of is if I paid via PayPal (order confirmation doesn't state payment method), as my PP address is different to my regular email address. All correspondence and order confirmation has gone to my regular email so far though. Will have to check the other box as well.

I seem to remember it was through Sagepay, not PayPal.

I've sent them a blanket email stating that not one person from this stand has had an email. Only reason I knew it was floating about is seeing friends from other clubs complaining the link wasn't working for them

Sagepay sounds familiar. John (johnhenry on here) hasn't had any correspondence since ordering either.

It is looking like they are only going to deal with individuals though, which is a bit of a joke considering we have club organisers for all 3 clubs

Do they really want 20+ people ringing them individually to sort this out? All they need to do is send an email, surely?

Really shows where the real problem was with the old system. Never had a problem with Japshow!

Just spoke to someone from Jap2Jap, they've all had their email, tickets etc. Apparently the GT86 club are having issues as well?

I had a moan on their fb site for this very reason and they got back to me with an email and phone number if it helps.

my missus Booked my tickets for this show, and she included the track time. not received anything yet

Apparently just had an email, we all will be notified on Wednesday/ Thursday.

I've just had an email from them saying they will get it resent, no timeframe so I assumed today.
