I think next time I'm going to create a bomb scare on the beach, bloody tourists!
Roll on the next one, BBQ, beer, beach fun and random routes home.

ill second that, was really looking forward to playing on the beach, though the random route home did make up for it though, unles we come across a folked road lolMr_Wedge wrote:I think next time I'm going to create a bomb scare on the beach, bloody tourists!

The random route home was all down to Alan Wheeldon, I just lead the way and Alan stayed at the back to make sure we didn't lose anyone.
I must say though, being at the front is NOT nice on single track roads. I was coming up on some of the crest's and having to virtually stop to see over the top, then the roads would just drop away steeper than multi-storey car park ramps, the bits where I could see ahead I gave it all I could and still didn't hit the speed limit before having to stand on the brakes in time to stop for the next corner. It was like a roller coaster without harness's combined with a rally special stage on freshly laid tarmac, not a single white line anywhere. I did nearly pee myself I was laughing that much, Jenny was quiet though.
Further on, as we were heading back to civilization we came across a road marked "Not Suitable For Caravans" Like the other ones were! the road closed right in with overhanging trees then just dropped away into two fantastic 180 degree hairpins. it was like Applecross in one tenth scale.
Didn't half make up for the overcrowded beach!
