Firstly, a massive thanks to Jimmy over at Fueltopia for the organisation and execution of this event... and of course for letting us know about it!

The location: An eerily desolate Santa Pod Raceway...

This however meant it was a fantastic day for running the 1/4 mile. Myself and Simon1 spent a good portion of the day running the strip, totalling 10/11 runs each :)

Of course, my MR2 was running as sweet as ever, however I still didn't manage to beat my 15.7 record.

Granted, it wasn't a massive turnout, and the weather didn't look too promising (but turned out fantastic in the end)... but it really did turn out to be a brilliant day of racing!

Anyway, it was great to have met you Simon and Jimmy... and here's to more days like this being organised in the future :th:
