Wales Run - Late May Bank Holiday 2013
Thanks all for a great weekend.
Drive out was fun - apologies for getting left behind in traffic at time. It's only a humble mk3 after all. It was mainly traffic getting in the way and holding me back.
Thanks to Colin for the early morning warm up coffee, Ian for the spin in his V6 - far nippier than mine was, and of course Rhon & Lewis for arranging the weekend and feeding me!
Looking forward to all the pics and vids.
For the next one.... I think I'm gonna need a bigger (& warmer ) tent. Or obtain the services of my parents small caravan.

Just wanted to say thanks for another Wales Run Rhon. Just got back to a sparrow dead in the living room so the cat's OK. Got lost on the way back and ended up in the Brecon Beacons, still, the driving was fun apart from the odd pillow that wouldn't get out of the way.

Well at least now (mass amount of scratches) sorted my coolant hose, and deciding wether to get a refurbed caliper and slider now.
With this now done- finally, you can put my name down in permament ink for the next run.

A mere hour or two's sleep is enough to overcome the excitement of even the F1 highlights ...Mrs_smitty wrote:"Was the F1 that Exciting"
....and boy do I look like my dad..
Nevermind - the spin in the mk1 V6 soon woke me up.
