The date is fine by me. But im just waiting on getting my car fixed. I so hope It gets done, but if not there will be no point in going as i have no brakes! I realise that if I don't act quick it'll be too late, so im on it the best I can!

Right, here we go!

I have spoken to Alex this morning, and we have a date change.

There are several reasons for this, but mostly because I have recieved calls and PMs from people keen to attend, but unable to make that date.

So, as a result, we have pushed the date back a week to the 7th September. This will be, it would appear, more convenient for the majority, and will enable a much stronger OC presence.......

The booking page is now also live, so you need to confirm your availability, and book as soon as possible.

Please reply here to let me know who has booked - add your name, and vehicle please:

e.g Richard Nathan - Mk2 Rev2 Turbo

I'm sorry if this date change inconveniences anyone who has already booked the day off work, or made plans otherwise for this date, but this was deemed the best all round.

I think I'm going to hold fire on booking this one online and paying £99 up front.
I'm going to leave it a couple of weeks just in case the date changes again and I cant make it. If the date stays the same as you have now stated 7th Sep, and assuming there are places left I will be there.

Oh!! and I dont remember being asked to vote on a date change, or did I miss something??

Bob - there was no vote, but judging by the amount of people that contacted me saying they couldn't do the 31st, it seemed, since 3 people had confirmed aside from Breakz, B, and myself, that it would be best to change it.

This date is staying as it is now, and will not change.

Also, the reason for the online booking is because the day HAS to be run by Palmersport, and not by the MR2OC, for lots of legal reasons including the hideous expense of public liability.

Now get yourself booked on, as I know you're properly looking forward to this ;)

Once again - apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
