As a job, I design mobile phone and other electronic devices UI's and work with user experience. Generally most cheap Eastern electronic gear is extremely difficult to use and is a right mash up of things they have copied from other manufacturers to try and fit in as many features as possible. Couldn't comment on the build quality or reliability, but you know the old saying, you get what you pay for......
