Lilliput double DIN TFT kits

These very neat kits are now available on mp3car.com. They should bolt straight in to the MR2, instead of cutting up the center dash and molding in a TFT like mine (if you don't like the slide-out TFTs).

I'm thinking of getting one of these

Thing what I dont get is that Lilliput is a UK based company in wolverhampton therefore I would think it'd be cheaper or similar to £181.07 (US to GBP rate) to buy over here rather than them exporting and then me importing again.

However if you want to buy this exact product they've priced it as £300 all in.
Screen - £174.00
Mount - £30
Therefore fitment to the mount is £96!!!

Even the products themselves are more exensive than having another country fit our products and send it back? Is it just me or why do I always feel ripped off whenever I try and buy something from the UK?

Don't forget the import duties / sales tax from America, can easily add another 25% on the price.

There is a UK company that sells the screen bracket, although I forget who it is.
