Highland Drive - Fancy Dress
Hello fellow Highland Drivers
I know it was mentioned a long time ago but nothing has been said recently, Is the fancy dress night still going ahead on the Saturday night? I believe its a Viking theme?

It's not only a Mk3 'thing' btw. It's also that specific car and the driver's name must be Steve!Steve-M-UK wrote:Hohoho
We'll clean up mate. I'll win the fancy dress and you can beat me in the pool final.PeteT wrote:I couldn't either but likewise nothing else had been said about it, just wanted to make sureTonyleFrog wrote: Can't find anything to say it has been binned.

By 'eck that's an old photo, from back in the dark ages when i was into mk2's, the mk3 had the old style rear lamps then cause the turbo had melted the facelift ones on a trackday earlier.TonyleFrog wrote:From chat thread. Can't find anything to say it has been binned.toymr2 wrote:As in this year Saturday night is fancy dress, next year's theme is Viking .Some ideas for you all here.

Re: Highland Drive - Fancy Dress
The Horns of Power was not just a MK3 thing Tony. I stopped outside Lilywhites on Piccadilly Circus in my Auto wearing mine with the T-Bars out and the windows down - much to the amusement of a gaggle of Japanese camera wielding tourists walking right past me that day
I got a lot of thumbs up though after they had finished taking what seemed like enough pictures to crash Google images for good!

Re: Highland Drive - Fancy Dress
Hi Guys, the Viking theme is definitely still on. I was going to mention this when I posted up the accommodation list. It seems half of Ullapool has been on Holiday, Tony and Bev included so I'm waiting on clarification on a couple of thing before I post up the final details.
Dont let this stop you letting your imagination run wild. The hornier the better..............and remember, there will be a prize for best dressed
