Yet another fantastic Drive with brilliant weather, great folks, routes and food. The usual hospitality extended by The Morefield Motel. Here are just a few "taster" pics :D

Just arrived home from a great weekend with a great crowd of people.
I must thank Ann for introducing me to the Highland Drive :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: a quiet drive (says he with tongue in cheek) in the highlands, the car has come home with the front peppered with stone chips and a 14 inch split in the screen but hey hoh an enjoyable time was had and the damage can be repaired or replaced. Already put my name down for next year which will be the 10th anniversary looking forward to it already, the drive to work tomorrow will not be the same.
Once again all involved thank you for a most enjoyable week end. :th: :th:
If you are thinking of doing this do not hesitate go for it, especially if you like a spirited drive.

Thanks to Ann,Bob and Peter for another superb highland drive. Myself and Stuart had a brilliant weekend! The banter was amazing :laughing It was great to meet everyone and get a catch up with the folk I already knew from last year. I'm looking forward to next year already!! back to reality today

Need a new windscreen and some paint touch ups and just a good clean of the car,not too bad really.

I'll get some of my pictures up later on

Just want to say thanks for another superb Highland Drive guys, the weather was fantastic and after seven years in a row I am still in awe of the Highlands. Didn't get back until after 1am last night because of traffic north of Glasgow and an accident on the M6 in Birmingham but well worth the journey.

Windscreen OK but brakes now juddering so a few things to look at on my car now.

P.S. Phone not working now and not taking messages,

Consider this my reservation for Room4 next year Ann ;) :laughing

Thank you Peter for leading us on the runs, great work.
Thank you Ann and Bob for organising it all and arranging such perfect weather :th:

And thank you everyone for making it a fantastic weekend with great company, witty witticisms, and plenty of laughs. I haven't got home yet, I decided with some persuasion to go straight to Chesterfield for my mapping session tomorrow. The car ran faultlessly, handled spot on, provided me with some great surprises and delivered 38mpg over the weekend..... Just how is that possible? :w_tf:

I must have put the engine back together in the right order after all

I've been back a while and already spoke to Ann by text, but feel i must say thanks again to Ann , Bob and Peter for yet another fantastic highland drive. This year ,and i know others agree ,has been the best yet, thats no flook, its the planning and attention to detail that is put in on our behalf , so hats off to you all three for an epic weekend :) oh and consider me driving the support vehicle next year again, and if i could have the same room in the b&b that would be grand :)

Great pictures guys, any room will do but 9 is close enough to the bar for me thanks. Still undecided what to do with the power plant Pete, a v6 May put me into the flying stones quicker. :confused1:
