I fell victim to a bit of heavy braking ending up sideways on the SE run, caravan pulled out in the middle of the road just after a humped bridge!
But yeah, always one, bless him, he tried!
I saw that in the mirror, good thing we weren't going that quickly on the approach to that.
I think the only other potential moment was your car trying to exit the car park on it's own at the pub!
Good job we were there with the Adult Supervision! What's he like:).
I found it safer to hang back a bit. The wallowy handling (needs investigating) didn't help my confidence to push the car. I also kept hitting the overboost limit on my ECB. Must have different air compared to Essex! Had to dial it down a bit when I got the chance.

I did laugh when Pete was up my backside and I kept him at bay with a dab of throttle, then braked for a corner and Wedge came past us both at warp 9 out of nowhere

Kiz a Turbo will always bit a bit quicker is a straight line over a V6. you were only inching away on the straights and duel carriageways.
I could go round some of those bends quicker in my BMW X3 than you did in your tubby.
a dab of throttle - not a chance have played with Alan / Vinny / TLF and Chris many times and you were full chat on the straights.
I wasn't going to rise to this but enough is enough.

Pete, if I ever thought a V6 wouldn't be quick enough (which I didn't) yours and Mr Wedge's proved otherwise on Sunday, bloody quick even next to a modified turbo....and that noise, heavenly!
And this one of one of Wales' most technically challenging B roads. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sABaqGvcmGA
A constant succession of blind crests followed by abrupt direction changes.
It really sorts out the men from the boys.
The vid begins just after the junction with the B4519.
That's another great road which crosses the military firing range at Epynt.

Funnily my ebc was running less boost in the run out, 1 bar max.
Sure your not experiencing a slipping clutch thinking its wheel spin?
I didn't even have problems in 2nd on my old (400hp) car in a straight line (with good r1r tyres granted).
So your maybe pulling 260-280lb and spinning up 4th in a mid engined car.
Something sounds off to me.
