front inner tie rods... where???

Post by adamstanford »

As the title suggests.. I need a pair of tie rods for the front of my mr2 (mk1b) can't seem to find them at any local motor factors or eBay. To be clear these are the rods on the steering rack that the track rod ends screw onto.

Any ideas? Would rather avoid Toyota's probable astronomical prices

Honestly, you'd be far better giving him a call. He's a bit old school. Lol

So I got in touch and he only sells as part of the steering rack. Not individually.
Managed to do some cross referencing to my best ability (low) and found that MOOG make them. So bought a couple. Cheers anyway chaps

In the end I did find some on eBay and they're these http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 46&alt=web

And searching various sites these will apparently fit the mk1

Hopefully it's all good. Will only know when they arrive
