Fox Exhausts? (For NA)
Hello there
So. I've had a few parts on order (wheels/tyres/various tidy up bits/exhaust)
One of these items is a Mongoose cat-back exhaust.
Ordered in early Feb, and has been on "back order" since, was due in this week - now apparently they haven't been manufactured as planned, and are still on back order for another 6-8 weeks!
The supplier has stock of a "Fox" exhaust, and has said a lot of the outstanding MR2 customers have swapped to this system instead due to the delay - question is... Is it any good?
There seems to be very little information on this system online/ reviews/ videos etc so I'm a little hesitant to swap from a well renowned system, to this Fox one...
Admittedly, it does look quite nice, and I hear that Fox make systems for the MK3 - never heard of it for the MK2 though
Any exhaust gurus out there that can jump in on this one?
(Edit)
Here's a link to the system in question:

Ok cool - the mongoose I had on order had the slash cut tips, so this is a different style to what I was going for :(
There seems to be loads of content on the mongoose systems, but hardly anything on these fox ones so although they seem well made I'm still on the fence - not sure whether to just wait it out or not

your profile does not say where you are in the country, but if you are looking for a specific design, you might consider having it custom made
Not Plan B again!! Why don't we just go with plan B in the first place?

Ok, so after speaking with the supplier again it sounds like there is no supply of Mongoose slash-cut, and the back-order wait time is "piece of string" - So I've swapped to the Fox!
(After some intensive googling... In German)
Once it's installed I'll post up a review/pics/video so that there is a bit more UK based content for these systems to be referred to for others
Should be installed by Drift Limits in mid-May; the wait is on...

**Update Time**
Ok, so I finally got hold of the part after some big delays, then more delays to get it fitted (along with some other bits)... So here it is!
Looks nice n shiny, and isn't much louder/ bigger overall than a stock system, but certainly a "deeper" more growling sound
Very pleased with it!
(Yes, my garage door needs painting, stop shouting at me )

Re: Fox Exhausts? (For NA)
For the price they are charging these days for off the shelf exhausts that usually require some tweeking to fit correctly I personally think its more cost effective to have a custom system made up. You then get to pick exactly what you want, size, volume, looks etc.
Looks like a clean motor, have you got any close up pictures of the exhaust?
