Alloy suggestion after a fresh lick ?
The old girl should be back from her respray soon…
And my next step is a nice new set of alloys but, I’m unsure of what to go with. A set of Rays would be amazing.
Any suggestions of what’s available size and stud pattern wise? I’d like to go 17’s front and rear.
Cheers guys

Looking good. Are you sure you want 17's on a mk3? I'd stick with the oem 16/15's.

I'm with Andy
I run MK3 15's on my MK1 (which was originally 14's) with the right tyre choice it keeps the gearing/speedo and handling/comfort good.
But I wouldn't go any bigger, for a road car, it does nothing for handling/comfort on a MK1, the same pretty much applies to the MK3, most owners seem to stick with the standard wheel sizes.

Love the new look! I might be wrong, but I've heard that bigger wheels can affect the speedo readings. Maybe worth checking before deciding? Just my two cents
