Crikey Peter, Glad you've walked away from this. The rain was awful here yesterday. A real shame about your pride and joy but on the bright side, you can join the ranks of the Mk3. The Highland Drive will be soooo much better for you next year :laughing

Take care and catch up with you soon :th:

Echoing the comments already made Pete (except the ones about MK3's obviously)

Perhaps a standard tubby would be enough for you ;) :bleh:

I does look like a decent hit, I think you should consider yourself lucky to have walked away from it

Wow, that looks like some crash, lucky you're not too badly hurt. There barely looks like there's anything salvageable on the car.

Please tell me your rear tyres weren't Nankang.

Oh Peter, really glad you are ok! I nearly did the same in my MK3 a couple of nights ago!! Have a feeling I went over a diesel spillage in the pouring rain (road is right next to depot for a well known national haulage company). I've never been so glad no-one was behind me. I ended up facing down the slip road I had just driven up.

Hi Pete echoing everyone else it is a shame about the car but at least like everyone has said you managed to walk away, you can alway's replace a car but not a life and pleased that in this case we do not have to worry about that. We wish you a very speedy recovery both in health and in car situation.. :D

Glad you are ok :th: and sorry about the car. Are you really serious about turning into a hair dresser (time for me to run me thinks).
