the White/Black wire on that Orange plug is Earth(ground) Toyota commonly uses White/Black for earth wires. However do not confuse White/Black with Black/White. Toyota's colour code works like this, the main body colour (of the wire) is always listed first and the trace colour (narrow stripe) is listed second.
So mainly White wire with a black stripe = White/Black

Thanks Jimi, are you suggesting that the white/black wire on the orange plug is spliced into for earth rather than a separate chassis earth? Makes no odds I suppose although I've always used a more direct to chassis earth.

Just pointing out its there if someone wants to use it, makes no real difference where you pick up an earth.

Fair enough. Would make the install even easier.
