I don't know if this post is appropriate here (if no just remove it) but number 083 which is a Lucerne silver one is being broken in Warwick due to rust and the parts are being sold on Gumtree.

I went to look at the doors and Euan the seller told me he had sold the steering wheel,ashtray and engine cover to one buyer so I assume it may reappear one day on a totally different car.

Hmmm ...... interesting ....... there is a well known seller not a million miles from Warwick who often has a 10th Anniversary for sale amongst others. Just saying.
According to the logbook, mine is also a 10th Anniversary ....... it's a '99 : in Red ....... must have been a special, special edition

Very appropriate thanks for the info, I'll change the register to reflect the fact that it's been broken, so if #83 reappears we know it's not genuine . You don't happen to know its reg number ?

That special it has nothing in common with the others .... other than being an MR2

The registration number is N960BDB

Spotted at Goodwood Breakfast Club Japanese Sunday today
Not 100% sure of its current location* as the owner wasn't around to ask.

* The rear window sticker suggests W. Sussex but it is not definitive.
   The Toyota dealer is no longer trading under that name.

However a visual inspection confirms it is genuine and unmolested.
All the expected distinguishing features are present.

Hi, I'm new to the MR2 club and looking forwards to reading and joining in future conversations. I would like to register my new purchase (Oct 2018) 10th Anniversary- 141 edition N20 EAD blue version.

I note that it was known to this club till 2014 and I would love to know the history of the car - I have a big file of receipts. Happy to talk with previous owners, if they are interested still on how the cars doing

Over the last 30 years I've had 2 mk1's and 2 mk2's. My first Mk2 was 18years ago and purchasing my second one in October 2018, with me not having stopped smiling since.

No, I bought it from a private owner in Swansea and drove it back to my home near Dartford, Kent
