This pensioner also only 4 pots. But he will let the Nur Spec make up for your lack of dB. :bleh:

Or possibly not this year, as he will also have a passenger. Image
Decision will not be made until much nearer the departure date.

Am driving a bit slower this year - at least on single track roads going past caravan parks

Lotus is quieter too so I won't need to supply ear plugs.

Haha yeah right, maybe not as loud as the 2

I too will be going slower, I think old age is taking effect or the squeaking from the passenger seat is off putting!

Probably a bit of both.

Thought I had better register to introduce myself, but just dont send me many pm as i haven't paid yet :)
I've owned my roadster for 4 years and been a member of roc for 3. For some unknown reason ROC elevated me to moderator status in September last year, i do not think it was for my mechanical or IT skills as they are virtually non existant.
In my former life I was an Outward Bound Instructor and have spent many happy days on the rocks and snow of Scotland but it must be 30 years since I was last on Skye so really looking forward to the trip.
Still trying to negociate the time off on the Wednesday so I can drive up that evening instead of a very early start on the Thursday morning.
Starting the hunt tomorrow for appropriate "fancy dress" which I have heard is a requirement!!
Bye for now

Nice introduction there Stewart. So you are a man with a love of outdoors and a former outward bound instructer. Maybe you can help me keep this lot in order then :laughing

Look forward to meeting you?

Cheers
Ann
